on R-A-G - Beyond EP
at 2:04PM on May 21st, 2010
Great analogue workouts - will play "Redsquare" ,and really feeling "beyond".
on Conforce - Grace EP
at 1:42PM on May 21st, 2010
I've become a big fan of Conforce since his release on Meanwhile which I absolutely loved and have been playing very much. "Shade" is outstanding, great textures for layering up! NICE 1 Delsin.
on Delta Funktionen - Setup One: Decorum
at 1:37PM on May 21st, 2010
Very handy deep percussive DJ tools, "One's Space" being the standout cut.
on Redshape - Paradox Dubs
at 12:00AM on December 8th, 2009
Man out of time is definitley one of the standout tracks from the LP, so the re-rub comes as more than welcome, however I have to say I still prefer the original. The version of Dead Space takes things much deeper and....spaced out, which really suits. A great extension to an excellent album.
on Aroy Dee - Tears EP
at 11:53PM on December 7th, 2009
Classic sounds allround! Once You Loved stands out on the first listen, but Soul Searcher (/sparkle?) will be getting the plays I feel, thanks.
on Delta Funktionen - Silhouette EP
at 11:47PM on December 7th, 2009
Dettmann rolls along nicely!
on D5 - Floatation Tank EP
at 1:44PM on September 9th, 2009
Two amazing tracks on offer here that make this EP more than worth the money. I've been playing 'Floatation Tank' since its initial release, great that more folks can obtain this now. 'Intruders' is an example of another truly sublime DIMENSION 5 masterpiece. Can't get enough of Johns music - 'Sides of Space' has taken up permanent residence inside my record box. Would love to see him perform a live set in the UK one day.
on The Houze Vectors - We Bring U Muzik
at 6:03PM on July 9th, 2008
This is how we do it & this is how it was, and always should be done...fo' real. Supported on the Split radio Show.
on Sterac aka Steve Rachmad - Rond Bot EP
at 5:22PM on July 9th, 2008
Only problem with this is deciding which side to play. Both excellent.
on Nubian Mindz - Afrika Man EP
at 5:00PM on July 9th, 2008
Everybody loves Techno, they just dont realise it.......yet.
on James Kumo - Kumomusic Vol 1
at 4:56PM on July 9th, 2008
Got the red vinyl copy and been giving 'Fluid' full support on the radio shows. (DJs beware, It will all go tits-up if you attempt mix out over the last break!). '45 days' is gonna create some serious late night mayhem.
on Quince - Expanding / Contracting
at 4:41PM on July 9th, 2008
'Contracting' really comes alive for me when pitched up and overlayed with more percussive trax. Solid Synth-Action!
on Ripperton & Alex Attias - The Last Hour
at 4:32PM on July 9th, 2008
All over the Redshape mix, one for warming the room up nicley.
on Vince Watson - Ethereal
at 4:28PM on July 9th, 2008
Cosmic and indeed, ethereal techno. One should choose the moment to drop this wisely for maximum effect.
on Planetary - Matter Of Sound/Inner View
at 4:20PM on July 9th, 2008
"Matter Of Sound" as a matter of fact, is quite frankly a serious lesson in how to program techno drums; music like this is not a distant memory, but a timeless gem to be rocked for years to come. Well done for putting this out again, are you sending out vinyl copies?
on Delta Funktionen - Electromagnetic Radiation Part I
at 10:01PM on April 5th, 2008
Both sides are bang on the money. Foraging in familiar musical territories, they are not breaking any new ground, but are executed with such style and finesse that you have to get involved. Bought the vinyl copy and played 'Estuary' in the warm up at the split party last week..sounded super smooth and warmed the system up nicely!!
